Our database is constructed from data points derived from publicly available, third-party sources (e.g., public online forums). We do not claim ownership of the original raw text.

We respect the intellectual property and privacy of others. If you are the original author of a public post from which data points have been derived and wish for this data to be removed from our Service, please see our Takedown Procedure in our Privacy Policy. We will act on valid requests promptly.

In no event will PR Champions, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for any special, incidental or consequential damages. Our liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
