1. Introduction
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how PR Champions ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: information you provide to us, and data related to the PR process that we source from public forums.
- Information You Provide: This includes your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe. Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
- Platform Data from Public Sources: To power our service, we collect and analyze data points from publicly available posts on internet forums. We are committed to protecting privacy in this process. We only extract anonymous, non-personal data related to the application timeline (e.g., program type, processing duration). We explicitly do not collect or display names, profile pictures, or other Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in our database.
3. How We Use Information
Your personal information (email, account details) is used to provide and improve our Service, process your subscription, and communicate with you. The anonymized platform data is used to populate our database and provide the core filtering and analytics features of the Service.
4. Our Takedown Procedure
We respect the privacy of the original authors of public posts. If you believe data derived from one of your public posts has been included in our database and you would like it removed, we have a simple, no-questions-asked takedown process.
To request removal, please email us at iworkhardtobuildfuture@gmail.com with the following:
- A direct link to your original public post.
- A brief statement confirming you are the original author.
Upon receipt of a valid request, we will permanently delete the corresponding data points from our database within 72 hours.
5. Data Security
We use trusted third-party vendors like Supabase and Vercel to host our application and store data, employing industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
6. Your Data Rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. To exercise these rights for your user account, please contact us at the email address above.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page.
